I have not received my payment yet. What should I do?

Please read this article if you were expecting a payment and did not receive it yet.

For Bank Transfers if you have not received your payment within 3 business days of receiving the email notification, please contact our customer support team. Common reasons for users not receiving bank transfers on time are providing wrong payment details that do not match up with your bank.

For PayPal payments If you have not received your payment within 24 hours please make sure your PayPal account is verified. If it has not been verified please do so. If it has been verified please contact our customer support team.

For Check, if you have not received your payment within 10 business days please contact our customer support team to change your payout method or to request a new check.
