How to contact sellshark

sellshark is here to help, and we understand that you may have questions or need assistance. We want to make sure you have all the resources you need to enjoy our service. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer phone support due to the amount of spam calls we get, and we’ve found most people hate waiting on hold as much as we do. Instead of waiting on hold, please use the methods below to contact us.

Using Our Blue Bubble Messaging System

The quickest and easiest way to contact us is through our messaging system. All you have to do is click the blue message bubble in the lower right-hand corner of every page on the website. From there, just type out your message and hit send! Most of the time, you should get a reply within minutes.

Our messaging system is available during the following hours:

Weekdays 10am – 5pm.

You can also send an email directly to us at [email protected]. We’ll reply via email within one business day, but usually much sooner!
